You can create membership cards, loyalty cards, event passes, and more. Passes work with both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet (Google Wallet on all plans, Apple Wallet on Pro and above). Each pass can include custom fields, your branding, and QR/barcode for scanning.
No. We handle all the Apple and Google developer requirements for you. You don't need any developer accounts, certificates, or technical knowledge. Just sign up, design your card, and start distributing passes.
The free plan gives you up to 5 active passes, 1 card template, and Google Wallet support. No credit card is required and it doesn't expire — it's free forever. It's perfect for testing the platform or for very small organisations.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. Paid plan changes take effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits. Cancelling renewal takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Absolutely. We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your member data with third parties. Our platform is hosted on secure, UK-accessible infrastructure and we follow industry best practices for data protection.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Checkout shows the final total before payment.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the free plan.
