How to Create Apple Wallet Membership Cards (No Developer Needed)

Want your club's membership card sitting in Apple Wallet next to your members' boarding passes and bank cards? Good news: you don't need an Apple Developer account, a Mac, or any code. This guide walks through how to create Apple Wallet membership cards for a UK club or small business in about fifteen minutes.

What you'll need

Step 1: Design your card template

In the dashboard, create a card template. Upload your logo, pick your background and text colours, and choose which fields appear on the card — typically the member's name, membership number, membership type and expiry date. The live preview shows exactly how the card will look on an iPhone as you edit.

Step 2: Add your members

Members with lapsed memberships can have their cards revoked, so out-of-date cards stop working at the door.

Do I need an Apple Developer account?
